The booklet is in PDF format. You can view it online and also
download it for future reference. Parents will have questions
so familiarizing yourself with the contents is advised.
The basics are listed below.
1.Call me to set up a date for your fundraiser
2.If appointments need to be taken for after-school , you need to
give me the name and phone number of the contact person.
3.I will custom design an order form for your group, which I will
email to you. Send it home with the children requesting that
it be returned with payment by the date specified on the form.
4.You need to book 25 sittings per day and can book as many
as 50 per day. A second day can be arranged if needed.
5.Parents can view samples on the Silhouette Fundraiser site .
6. I work at the rate of 12 silhouettes per hour if necessary.
If you have a morning group that leaves by noon, you need
to figure out how many children can be during the morning.
7. You will need to have a few volunteers available at the event.
8, All of the silhouettes are finished and ready to go home on
the day of the event.
9. Call me to discuss the percentages offered to your group. 10. If the checks are made out to me, I pay you at the day's end.
11. If the checks are made out to you, please have a check
available to write out to me at the end of the event.
